Spotlight On Maplewood Extreme Green Makeover The Extreme Green Makeover program was created by the City of Maplewood and the Ramsey/Washington Metro Watershed District. A $15,000 GREEN yard makeover was awarded to the contest winners, Michael and Michele Tibodeau. Their front yard is a showplace for the beauty and efectivness of raingarden engineering.
